the only lyric i know goes as follows:

“Un Automobile”
its some italian opera type of song… automobile is pronounced “auto-mobi-leh” not “automobile” like in english obviously
dammit someone help please

   You are probably thinking of “E Donna Mobile” It has nothing to do with cars!
